The CALM framework is a unique and relatable resource I designed to help leaders address work place stress by integrating resources, strategies, and mindset shifts for well-being.

Grounded in research and design thinking, CALM offers a structured, flexible approach to leadership self-care:

Leadership by Design Series & Personalized Development

The Leadership by Design series integrates the CALM framework into workshops, toolkits, and structured learning experiences to help leaders intentionally design their well-being. This series provides a scaffolded approach, allowing leaders to engage in long-term well-being practices tailored to their unique challenges.

Additionally, my personalized leadership development applies CALM to one-on-one development, ensuring that each leader receives a customized plan to address stress, prevent burnout, and lead with clarity and confidence.
